Individual Assessments
Strengthening your self awareness is a powerful step in improving your performance, reducing stress, and increasing satisfaction at work. Most frequently, this would include MBTI (Meyers Briggs Personality Type), EQi Emotional Intelligence, and/or TKI Conflict Styles.
